.Asia in the aftermarket
.Asia has made a surprisingly strong and early appearance in the aftermarket with a number of sales just months after go live.
This weeks SEDO sales report included 3 .Asia names.
esports.asia - 3,500 EUR
icasino.asia - 3,500 EUR
imobile.asia - 3,500 EUR
Whoever picked these up is clearly trying to duplicate Rick Schwartz’s success in selling iReport.com to CNN for 750K.
Previous aftermarket sales include LasVegas.Asia for approximately $30000 US, and ILoveYou.Asia for $1102 US.

Hi! I wanted to say I really like your blog, and my account executive at Godaddy suggested it to me as a resource… we all find it very helpful.
Will you be keeping tabs on anything that sells in the .asia aftermarket? I know there is the “dotasia club” but they don’t have anything like it, it would be neat to see a continued running list.
Anyway- kudos to you for doing such a great job!

Hi There,
Thanks for you kind comment.
Yes, I am going to keep up reporting aftermarket sales but a bit behind just now! Will also post showcase sites.
Post coming soon

Hi… Brian here again!
Seeing if you have had any luck tracking .asia aftermarket sales? They don’t seem to be reported on namebio.com, so was wondering how one can find out what they are going for?
Thanks!
Best,
Brian
Hi Brian,
Been meaning to update this for ages….Traveling at the moment in Tibet.
Seen about 3 recently…
Remember 2….
Soccer.Asia went for about 800 if i remember correctly.
And WakeBoarding.Asia seemed to reach over 2K
I check DNJournal.com every week, thats the best place to look I think.
Hope you are doing well.
Stuart
